Need a quick healthy meal? Pick up Sea Street Soups at Crosby’s Markets – Manchester, Hamilton, Concord and Georgetown! This week we have; Black Bean, Carrot Ginger, Roasted Butternut Squash and Hot Curried Tomato.
All Home deliveries are made on Wednesday!!!!
Country Mushroom Soup – Mushrooms, onions, leeks, brown rice, sherry, chicken stock, butter, parsley, sea salt & pepper.
This is a rich and earthy soup, which is a meal in itself. Sherry is the perfect complement to the woodsy taste of mushrooms.
Zucchini Watercress Soup – Zucchini, watercress, onions, chicken stock, lemon juice, butter, sea salt & pepper.
This soup is so creamy you won’t believe it has no cream and is low fat. We use the juice from fresh lemons and make this soup with homemade chicken stock. The watercress is just steeped in the soup at the end of preparation, so the vitamins and minerals are left in the soup. Enjoy this low-fat soup…it is filling without the calories!
